ABOUT UKMT

 

​In Fall 2007, we were founded by undergraduate students and began as a one-team program. Ever since our beginning, we have been a studen-run, student-coached team (one of the few in the nation). As the experience of our program steadily grew, we were able to add a second team in Fall 2009. In the 2011-2012, our fifth season, we added a thrid team.

Since our foundation was based solely on student initiative, we are dedicated to the idea of student leadership. That is why we choose to manage ourselves through an Executive Board. The Executive Board which is comprised of seven elected positions: President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, Historian, and two Team Captains. The students in these positions are elected each Spring and handle all the administrative responsibilites for the programs.
